Dr. Koppuzha is a family practitioner who can treat patients 18 years and older. From prescription management to annual exams, Dr. Koppuzha will meet any and all of your medical needs!

Hospital Affiliations

Dr. Koppuzha is affiliated with Bayfront Health Port Charlotte as well as Fawcett Memorial Hospital. Being your physician, he is able to follow your care while hospitalized to ensure a smooth transition after discharge.
